Is it wrong to put NISMO on a Base Z
Wow, thats a truely genious thing to write. What makes me an idiot? For telling the op not to follow in anyone elses foot steps. (I dont give a s--t what anyone thinks of me or my car!!! He shouldnt either!) For admitting that some people on here are as--oles! Trust me those people already know who they are. The funny thing is that for someone who seems against having anything flashy on the car you have a lot of fancy brands in your signature. If you truely have any of them on your car, do you not tell people what you have done to your car?

Nice try, but that's not really proving anything. When it comes to roadcourse racing, for the most part it's more about the driver and not necassarily the car itself. An experienced driver driving a Pinto could have better lap times than an average driver in a Ferrari, that doesn't mean the ferrari is less superior.

I agree with your overall point, but comparing Nismo to Shelby isn't really apples and apples. IMO, Nismo has no where near the same implications that Shelby does. Historically the Shelby line has been a tremendous power upgrade over the standard model. A Nismo 350Z isn't much more than a body kit.
