I dont believe me wearing my "cutest" work outfit will help me with ANY auto mechanic. I mean, i guess it could be worse if i was 6'4", 275 and hairy as hell, but i dont believe i have the right ........... equipment?

Maybe its because I live in NYC but some how my front and rear bumpers have scuff marks. I'm extremely careful when I park and always circle around store/place until I find the perfect spot in front of the store/place (if i'm parking on the street). Even than some how my bumpers have small scuff marks and scratches. Thank god I have my own parking spot at work.

The worst is when I take the time and effort to park REALLY far away at the mall/theater parking lot, come out and see the entire parking lot empty except 2 cars parked on each side of my car. That TOTALLY blows my mind since there are like 100 other wide open spots around me but they HAD to park beside me. Perhaps its because I have a redline Z and the car stands out like a sore thumb every where I go?

Best was when I went to visit my mother for mothers day and parked my car on her driveway. As I was saying bye to her and was getting ready to leave she decides to pull the trash can out to the street. She drags the can against my rear fender and makes a 4 inch long deep scratch. I was PIIISSSSSEEEDDDD but couldn't say or do anything, cause it was mothers day. All I kept saying was, WHY DIDN'T YOU LET ME TAKE THE TRASH OUT. WHEN I WAS A KID, I AAAALLLWWAAYYYSSS TOOK THE TRASH OUT. LOL. Greatest way to end mothers day.

I'm probably gonna lose my mind the day I walk out and see the bumpers scoffed up from someone pulling out.. ugh.. I'm getting mentally ready I mean i've seen it done to cars that cost 3x as much... hopefully keeping it clean will encourage someone to be extra careful..

Yes I know I'm sounding like a whiny b&$^ with all this but its only been 2 weeks.. lol
Someone backed out and left a nice 6-8" white scuff mark on my back bumper... going to attempt buffing it out this week.

I always park next to another nice car in the parking lot (if I can find one). I figure they value their ride just as much and will be careful.

When you drive a nice car you always have to park VERY FAR away from everybody else. It is the only way to avoid idiots scratching your car. At work, we have a parking lot that is 2 football fields long (if not more). I park at 10th row where nobody ever parks. Well, the guy with the Audi S4 parks near me, and the red GT mustang also. I guess I am not the only one who is concerned about door dings.
