I am looking for someone who can write all about Z performance (professionally) and write something that is informative and fun to read. A writer who can write knowledgeably on all (well, a lot aspects) of the Z.

He is trying to find out what you are trying to accomplish with your website, and are there any sites that are already accomplishing this? Many times an idea will pop into someones head and leave them saying "That would be a great website, I could do that!" Only to find that there are at least 2 other websites that already accomplish that.
For example, you mentioned that you are "looking for someone who can write all about Z performance (professionally)." IC3D mentioned in this same thread that he is looking for people to write for vq35.com. That's one aspect of 350z performance being written/blogged about, and there are bound to be others already.
Having owned numerous blogs over the years all I can say is scope out the subject first, make sure that you'll be able to compete. Many blogs that already accomplish what you are trying to accomplish have been around long enough that the following you would have gained had you started earlier is already following the other blogs.
Also, everyone (to some extent) believes they are the best writer since Shakespeare. Make sure to get writing samples or have people write a sample article for you, then make your judgement on whether they are a good writer or not. When you add in the word "professionally" you need to step up to the plate and handle getting your writers professionally as well, which would usually mean writing samples and a resume or a writers kit (if you don't know what I mean by a writers kit, I'll show you mine so you understand what I'm talking about). What they think is good and what you think is good may be the same thing, or what they think is good might end up making you smother your face in your palm right before gagging at the thought of having to read it again.
Not trying to flame anyone or anything, just giving my advice. Good luck with your blog.
