I'm curious what the cloth is going to be like... hopefully more a texture to it. That's what seems to be appearing from the photos. I sat in a touring w/leather... the leather was surprisingly nice!!!
Sadly my big **** will be sliding all around the place come the first turn!

The enthusiasts want the Brembos!!! Get a local shop to install leather, should run approx. $600-700 PER seat.

yeah - I figure aftermnarket leather is what I will do - I would just love to have the OEM Nissan leather on the track model...

It has been reported earlier, & my dealer confirmed it, that leather WILL be a dealer installed option for non-touring Z's. All factory colors, plus a few 2 color choices. I haven't heard prices yet. I'll attach a photo of what is supposed to be a prototype.
Just went to NissanDriven, and leather is listed under accessories. The description says the shown example is 2 tone, but my image is burnt orange. Even if they are supplied by classissoftrim, they will carry factory warranty.

I had leather in my other car, and the cloth seats in the Performance are so much better. Leather feels cold in the winter (so you NEED the heated seats feature) and super-hot in the summer. It's slippery and doesn't grip you nicely in the corners. And it cracks with age. The cloth seats are really grippy, never hot or cold, and always feel great. And no heater required!
