Default Has anyone ordered from 350zevolution.com?

I ordered a set of stillen gen 3 intakes from 350zevolution.com about 10 days ago and never recieved a tracking number. I have emailed them twice, with no response. I have called the number on their website numerous times and I only get their voicemail. I paid through paypal and I am thinking about filing a claim. Has anyone here ordered from them before and had a bad experience?
I could just be freaking out over nothing, the package could be on its way but its just wierd not to get any type of response.

no response = no money. pull your money back. I'd open a claim with paypal, and if you paid through paypal with a CC (as you should have!), file one with your CC.

if they are a legit company they will see this and rectify it quickly to keep the sale.

Dispute the charge with paypal. As a company, they should at least return your calls/e-mails. Good luck!

As the above posters said... just call your CC company and PayPal to reverse the charges.

Sounds like they have the same customer service as Stillen... trust me I know.

I personally avoid anything with PayPal.

you should always call, or find out reviews on a company before purchasing, thats what i do. Sometimes buying it from another company that cost a little with and has better reviews will give you a peace of mind.

I've bought stuff from vendors on this website before and the same thing happened. sent emails, PMs, called numerous times. no response/reply what so ever. Decided to just wait and eventually got my package... like 3 weeks later

Not to hijack but i'm having the same problem with Intensepower.com, i even tried reaching their rep on here and still no word...anybody ever dealt with them before?

the only part of that transaction that would go smooth is the part where they take your money. I'd rather get no customer service then have to deal with Stillen's CS again

More than likely they do not stock the part, and Stillen will not dropship for their dealers, so the part would have to come from Stillen to the vendor you purchased from and then be shipped out. That could explain the delay in getting a tracking number, however they should still reply to your e mails and calls and let you know what's up.

i ordered a vis carbon hood from them and had excellent service......it did take 14 days to arrive tho.

I got the intakes today. I contacted paypal and then got a response. Evidently they were having problems with their phone service, and he did have to get it from stillen. I just freaked when I recieved no response at first. So they are a legit store. They just need to be a little better with their communication.
