hahah what losers.....Why do they act like it is beneath them to even consider another car? I mean if you are going to slam the Z at least do some research first....I really like the fact that on the racing vids that they they thought that the drivers tried to make the M3 lose on purpose!

 

Maybe someone should hop on that forum and send them the link to the video of a supercharged Z putting a hurtin on an M3. I personally love the M3, and would love to have one. But the Z is half the price with damn near the performance, albeit less quality fit and finish. But that's not why we bought our cars.

Don't hate. Each car group has there own opinions. We don't have to start a M3 hate thread just because they started one on the Zs. Have some class, and let them be.

The only time I've been challenged in the Z is by an M3!

 

They certainly don't show any class in that thread, but of course that thread isn't the microcosm for all M3 owners.

The one thing I love about this forum, and Z owners in general, is that there's very little dogma with respect to cars. It seems Z owners give respect to just about anything that deserves it. It's not uncommon to see Z owners even arguing the merits of non-Z cars, and you generally don't see that often in specific forums.

I'm proud to be a Z owner *tear*.

 

Man, some of those posts are pretty harsh. I mean to say sh*t like "hating all 350z owners" I mean come on, how old are you? I dont care, I went ahead and posted something on that thread, and it looks like zeroday did too from this forum.

Well I'll probably get flamed for this, but whatever.
I'm from a 350z forum, and being a 350z owner myself, I think some of you are over-generalizing big time. How are you gonna
sterotype all 350z owners? Just because some of you maybe had some bad run in's with some drivers who were just A*sholes, dont go and just assume we're all like that. I know I personally LOVE the m3! If I had the funds, I would go for that car anyday. Everytime I see one on the road, I will weave in and out of traffic, or speed up just to catch him or her, and give them a thumbs up. I mean, by some of the posts here, it sounds like all we are doing is just going nuts in our Z's, and thats bs. I'm sure there are plenty of complete as*hole m3 owners as well, so arguing about that is pointless.

As for power, obviously M3 will beat a stock 350z anyday. I did not come on this forum to argue about that. Many 350z's get mid-high 13's for stock quarter mile times. And as for s/c and turbo's...wait a little bit, they're still coming out, and they are very fast. Even a procharged 350z puts down 340-370 rwhp, and if you want to see that clip of a procharged Z vs smg m3, check below

Did that already. Then they all decided that the M3 wasn't going all out. Bunch of losers.

 

Thats funny....I spanked those things in my TA like a two dollar hooker. You dont see the LS1 guys posting crap about how slow they are. I'd take a Z over an M3 anyday. The BMW dealers all smile when those guys walk in bc they know they are getting ready for a gang bang. You wouldnt believe how much bmw tries to screw you on the simplest things. Cd player, upgrades, etc.... You go in thinking your going to buy the car for this much, then it turns out to be 10 G's more.

I have to admit the new ones are fast and prolly would tear us to shreads; on a track: thats a different story.

Even before I had the Z, 99% of BMW's I ever encountered are arrogant, stuck up, rude and try to intimidate. I dont even feel so badly about the ricer boys (sorry) as people who are supposedly more mature enough to be able to afford one. I find you give someone that kinda power and it goes straight to there head forming that stuck up attitude they often exhibit. But I gotta say I met a REALLY nice Z3(corrected thanks) owner at a local car wash, who gave me alot of compliments on the Z and was curious about its performance ect, could'nt have been a nicer chap. So for the 1% of beemer owners I wish more where like you

Well, look at it this way. Lots of Z threads are bagging on other types of cars too. They've got a 50k car that has more power and is faster in a straight line so maybe they can look down at us a little. I personally don't like M3's but I'm just stating a point. We have owners look down at the SRT-4 even though it's just as fast as our cars or even faster. We have people look down at WRX's even though those cars are pretty awesome and easy to mod. We have owners that look down at Mustangs and Camaros even though they're as fast and lots of times a lot faster. I'm just stating that everyone has their own opinion of what cars are "beneath" their own car.

 

I posted too. For $30K extra...I would hope that I beat the pants off a Z! :-D

The only thing the cars have in common is they are both awesome rides. Otherwise they can't even be compared. Totally different class of cars.

My Ferrari is better than your M3,
My M3 is better than your Z,
My Z is better than your SRT4,

My SRT4 cost 10k less than your Z,
My Z cost half as much as your M3

The Procharged Z vs. M3 video don't mean shiet.
What happens if the M3 puts a super charger on it, too?
Then all the Z owners will go back to the money issue......

Or my R1 will quarter mile in less than 10 sec stock, costing only 10K? what do all you gotta say about that?
I guess we will move on to the weather argument....
