20%?!?!?! You have to be really young, like in your teens with almost no credit. Im 25 with a 788 credit score and no way im ever getting an APR over 3% on anything. I have a buddy in san diego and the only credit he has is from a computer he bought and his apartment. He got an auto loan on a used mazda for 6%. No bank is going to give you a 20% interest rate... however a car dealership that takes advantage of dumb/young people with no credit like you will.

And you got butt raped on your loan. Get that refinanced ASAP or your going to pay probably over double what the car is worth in the long run. Dont worry though, i got all my credit from the loans i took out while in the Marines. I had a PFC working for me that went and got a loan with a 26% interest rate on some turbo'd jetta just because he "really wanted it" so dont feel too bad. At least you came out with a Z. Live and learn.

A. Not a parent.
B. Parents were strict and made me realize how valuable my money was. I hate today's youth, as most of them are incompetent.
C. Military.

Good call!

Anyone who DOES trust the general 17 year old population in a RWD car is an idiot.

I don't trust 17 year olds to give me back correct change, much less operate 3000 pounds of metal successfully.

Wafflehouse.. You're what again.. 25??? Just bought the Z but you know everything about everythig.

From the stories you tell about the clock cleaning ex and other poor decisions.... Maybe YOU shouldn't be giving advice. Let the adults talk.

Oh... And your list sucks. Get a clue.

ooh so much hate in this thread

Working since i was 15 full time, i'm 19 now.

1.) 96 Jeep Grand Cherokee-$3800, paid cash for it myself when i was 16
2.) 2001 Mustang-$5300, sold jeep for $3500 and paid difference myself.
3.) 2004 Z-Had a wreck with mustang, got $12k from insurance settlement, was down payment. I make $700/mo payment/insurance payments myself.

I'm young, yes, but i'm also in college on scholarship and pay for it myself working 35+ hour weeks. So judge me if you will

1. '87 Plymouth Voyager
2. '79 Chevrolet Camero (drove like a boat but boy did I think I was cool)
3. '95 Chevrolet Berlinetta
4. '95 Mercury Villager
5. '87 Jeep Cherokee (My First Car!! note, this was in 2000)
6. Several Buicks
7. '03? Nissan Frontier
8. '05 Mazda 3 (My daily driver since '07)
