Not factory tint, there is now tint on the side from the factory. It is all dealer installed.

Agreed, very reliable only had a battery change in my 05 with 72k

Only other thing I need is a new clutch and front bumper re-painted and interior wrapped in CF since it is pretty scratched up

94k miles here and only had a clutch replacement at 59k miles and the thermastat needed to be replaced ($100) when i brought it into nissan. It has given me less problems then any car I have previously owned.

I have an 04 and the only problem was the window motors which I had to replace. However, I'm under 18k miles so I don't have the wear issues most people would have by this point.

All the 350Z's are reliable. Some may need minor updates, warranties handle that. As to the Z, it's a good car. I've had 3 and they're good stock or modded. Go for it.

05 is The most reliable year before 07.
btw, not trying to be a dick... but if you're spending your money on a sports car, you will be spending some money on tires/parts unless you drive it like grandmother. it is best for the money, but if you are that worried about the reliability, try honda civic si or s2000. Nissan = power. Honda = reliability.

Same here. Had a '05 PPW and the only thing that was repaired was the window motor for the grease streaks. Otherwise it was a gem, but the PPW was a ***** to keep clean.
