Angry Ever order something and recieve something else!!!!!!!!!!

Ordered a bunch of reinforced blue hoses from z1 motorsport
recieved most of the hoses i ordered.but found two were black.
I did not ordered black hoses.so, i emailed and got a return no
blue hoses in power steering and pump only black. Thats
what was sent out .ok,they want me to ship back these hoses
that i never ordered at my expense and they will be nice enough
to only charge me 20% restock.am i wrong to be upset.

Unfortunately, unless you talked to someone at Z1 that informed you otherwise.... they do not offer powersteering hoses in blue. The order screen has a drop-down to select the color on everything else. If it says "BLACK" and everything else you order is "BLUE" don't assume they'll be sending you EVERYTHING in blue. Hate to say it, but it looks like you got what you ordered. They're trying to help you out, so I'd let them.

What is the purpose of restocking fees on an unopened item that can be sold as new?????

Yes i did . I sent a email to them asking if they had recieved any stock in blue . Anyways ,yes,they had most in stock.great.emailed my list .listed the kit followed by the required color blue.all i am trying to say is if i want black hoses i will order them but i didnt.it will cost me more to ship them back than what their worth and i am 100% in the right.so do i take that and say well
at least i have some black hoses i never ordered or do i complain to make a point!

My order was done by messages thru this forum silicone hoses
followed up by emails asking for blue hoses.no where in our messages was black hoses every mentioned.look i am not out to
get anyone or bad mouth anyone.but do not tell me i ordered something when i did not.i have all messages.keeping messages
for a period of time after purchases is habit.

I ordered a ts carbon fiber hood and aerocatch pins from intense power. I rcvd no hood but I rcvd the pins. After filing a dispute and them fighting the whole thing because they had delivery confirmation for the pins I ordered my hood from cvr. Li and behold when my hood came I laid all my parts out to install, opened the pins, and found ONE pin and ONE latch.

I call vendors everytime, at very least i email and ensure they have in stock, have the color, have a lead time, etc.............unless i feel its a no brainer...

I also cant stand drop shipping......i don't mind drop shipping, but ONLY if i call and get them to check with the manufacture, warehouse to ensure it will ship and IS in stock..

Change the title to Z1 motorsports suck and you'll get there attention for sure.

That's dumb thought for making you pay for THEIR mistake! WTF? what happened to customer service? I'd complain to my credit card company imo.

/facepalm...a bunch of idiots worse than mastergrade who have screwed people over time and time again on here but are allowed to stay and do business because of "special arrangements". Just start a thread calling Intense and Darren idiots and I'm sure you would've gotten some attention.

Maybe the reason they can still do business on this forum is that there are many more people who are satisfied than minors who are not.

^^ lol...yeah you haven't been here long enough. I wouldn't trust them with a dime. If you do a search there's enough complaints about them to change your mind.

Their website tells which hoses are available in other colors. Power steering hoses don't say that other colors are available. I think there was a misunderstanding if you asked them about blue. Is it even going to be noticeable? I think I'd just install quality hoses and call it a day.

Madhatter has beef with Intense. I have had nothing but great experiences with Intense. Also, this thread was about an order through Z1, not Intense.

OP, since you asked, I'll tell you a funny story about getting something different than purchased. My wife went to Walmart and bought a Thermacare heating wrap for her back. She opened the sealed box and found...butter flavored microwave popcorn! I kid you not. The heat wrap was not there, but a sealed bag of microwave popcorn was in its place. The box was sealed too. Pretty funny ish. I wonder how that happened.
