From the comments, the concensus seems to be that the cloth bucket seats are very uncomfortable for long drives. I am looking at Brides myself, although I still ponder trying the G37 seats and moving them over to the Z. I'm just not sure they will fit.

 

Seattle to Reno several times in a year. 12-13 hours 1-way. Cloth seats are not that bad.

I even drove it once in a Sparco full fixed race seat. More conformable than the stock seat.
