The Wait Is Over........' TXSTYLE'S 350Z '!!!
September 4, 2002 7:00 pm! After 7 MONTHS of anticipation, "The Wait Is Over!" I present to you, my 2003 Chrome Silver 'PERFORMANCE' 350Z! Everything went smooth as silk at the dealer, and we were in and out in a little over an hour, (mostly me trying to obtain additional perks ). On the ride home (roughly 24 miles) as I anticipated, tons o' stares and thumbs up! Got home, read thru the manual and snapped a few pics. Could not post last night because my wife said, "I swear, if you get on that computer to show those pictures tonight, don't eeeeeeven speak to me!" Got to keep Mrs. TX happy!
So here we are people. A new day, a new car, a new TOY! After I post this up, I'll be heading out to the garage for a complete "Claying & Waxing" so needless to say, I'll be out of pocket for at least 2-3 hours!!!
But YES, it is everything I expected 'so far'........... I have my shift-light programmed to 4000 rpm for my 1,500 mile break-in period, so I won't be able to give you the DYNO I promised or my "True" driving impressions as of yet? But I will say it has an effortless clutch, smooth shifts, superb handling, and sweet-a** exhaust note!

Your garage is way too clean. No pictures, decals, tools, work bench. Much too sterile. Tim the tool man would be very disappointed !!!!!!
Congrats on the new addition to your family!!!!!!!!

Lookin good!. If i didnt know that you were getting a chrome silver i would have bet that it was a silverstone 350. The CS silver looks so much darker than it does in other pics. Is it the lighting or does it look that dark at night? Either the way it looks awsome. Congrats.

Thanks a ton for the compliments guys and Zgirl !!!
Let me try and address a few questions:
I don't have splashguards.
I'll be updating my "sig" momentarily!
My garage is too clean? That's me, Mr. Clean. No actually I need to put some posters and art work up and hang some tools and shelves, but I've never really been a "Handy-Man" type of guy.
The Xenons of the 350 are NOT yellowish whatsoever! They are actually about the same color to me, but remember they are projectors on the Z my GS are not.
And hey, what can I say about Silver! It looks good! And it will be sooooooo easy to keep clean!
And lastly, "GO COWBOYS ALL THE WAY BABY!!!" I have several buddies that play for them, and I've been a fan since the Tom Landry era. Yeah, I know we sucked the last 2 years, but I believe everyone will be in for a bit of a surprise this season.................
