Just saw the latest weather...it looks like it's not going to hit MA until after the commute (if that's any consolation).

Looks like the Boston area's going to get about 6-12". Unfortunately, they're also forecasting 12-18" here in beautiful Worcester...oh joy.

Yeah, it left VA this morning and we got anywhere from 3 to 10 inches. I spoke to my parents in PA a little while ago and it is snowing like crazy there (3 inches already). I would say leave work early, you do not what to "discover" how the Z drives in the snow during the first snow when everyone is driving like idiots.

the z does not drive in the winter....it slides. i got mine last december...it's a big sled! even in a dusting...the thing slides all over (unless you put on some blizzaks!).

but, i heard that the storm won't his boston till after the commute too. that must be one slow moving storm...explining why everywhere is getting DUMPED ON!

i wonder how my puppy is going to react. he already isn't fond of the cold...this is just going to make him go more nuts!

woohoo! this game is going to be great. bring out the leafblowers to blow off the lines like the raiders game last year (i was in the second to last row...but loved every minute!). lets see vinatieri kick another game winner!! (well, hopefully it doesn't come to that).

True that...

Baby Z just experienced her first snow fall last nite. I was just at work, got out at 10pm, and saw the entire parking lot pretty much blanketed in snow!

The drive from where I work to DC (normally about 20 min) was taken almost totally at 30-40mph! And any time the RPM's went above 4K, the rear just flew out. It was not a fun ride back to DC

Next time I'll have to pay more attention to the forecasts... grr

My Z is in the garage sleeping comfortably . I hope the road clears up by Monday when I have to go to work. If not, time to drive a beater.

My Z is also safe and sound under cover in my garage. Will be until the roads dry up again. Like djkern I took my civic beater.

I'm thinking of taking my Z to the dealer and getting them to look at every last TSB they can find. I figure it'll take them at least a week, and i get free rentals from my insurance while their at it!

it won't take them that long to do it all (especially if the stuff they are looking for isn't broken). but, it's definitely worth a try.

and the civic....it's my sisters. she lives in paris now...so, i'm driving it around. i have no idea what i'll do next year when she's back in the states (i guess get a beater!!). cause, i like driving the car...not SLEDDING!
