my opinion, not really feeling those rims on a Z. The look is more for a luxary sedan and not a sport coupe. Plus they look pretty heavy. I'm saving up for my first pair of shoes so i'm going to sacrafice and leave the stocker v.2 touring wheels on for a while, maybe might just paint them just for the hell of it to get ride of the rash I have

Get the exhaust ($800 - $900 for a single and add another $300+ for dual), save your money for the rims until you get at least $1200 - $1600 or you will regret buying the crap rims that you'll get for the $800 - $900 range. Even at that, the $1200 - $1500 will get you "decent" rims, far from anything high end.

Google the following:

Varrstoen Wheels
XXR Wheels
Tenzo-R Wheels
Rota Wheels

These are about as cheap as you want to go. Even these are actually marginal but they're better than any rims that are in the $800 - $900 range.

The fact that there's no brand listed in the ad concerns me. If you're willing to save up some more, and/or buy used, you can get some nice wheels for a great price.

Default Advice that's worth what you've paid for it.

There's 3 ways of approaching mods IMHO

- cheap out and have it look that way
- do it twice - once cheap then once right
- do it right the first time. Half the fun is the research. Take your time and save you money then enjoy.

You can definitely get a nice exhaust for that price range. Keep looking in the exhaust section in the private classified's, you can get a used one in really good condition if you scour through every once in awhile. Concerning the wheels, I'd wait and buy something with a brand name and that has been used before in the Z community with good feedback. I always find that when I cheap out on something, I end up paying double just to fix the situation. Just my .02.
