I am willing to bet he is WELL over $50K in the whole to him... but I'll leave that to Robert to assess.

so at the end of the day he probably would have been better off not hiring a lawyer, avoiding the two convictions, not losing his business, and just simply should have paid everyone back..

so now i just laugh and relish at his own stupidity... BRAVO, WELL DONE, ADAM!!!!!
The only silver lining in all of this is that he received a conviction instead of deferred adjudication (a process by which a criminal defendant can serve probation and avoid a conviction). Hopefully he will never do this to anyone ever again.

PS my check was only $15 this month.

So it has been a month and I haven't received a check from the court/Adam. Has anyone else received anything this month? If not, doesn't that mean that this violates Adam's "parole" option he took? Would he go to jail because he couldn't make a payment to us this month? That's what I understood the last time I spoke to the DA handling the case like a year ago.

I haven’t received anything in a while...

Yes, I believe this would be a violation of his probation..

But there is nothing listed against him on the court pages either... so at this point I have no idea what’s going on..

But don’t be too surprised, I think we all knew he would find a way to **** this up... granted I didn’t think it would be this quick...

If I hear or see anything I’ll let you know.

Cheers,
Steven

So as soon as I opened my mouth I got a check on Monday (11/5/18) for 40 bucks. Yet this has still been a little over a month since I have gotten a check from Adam/Suffolk County Court. I wonder if there is going to be and recourse for a late payment made.

I can't recall the last time I received payment. I think I received 2, maybe three payments and that was it.

yes, in theory, but nothing will surprise me about this case... i have a feeling Adam can't afford the restitution and is either trying to work a new deal or is in hiding....
