Z1 Auto in NY
Eight months ago I made an order to Z1 Store. Every time I ask tells me that something is missing to come.
Eight are many months and I'm starting to think the worst.
Central 20 3,9, OS Giken LSD, Hotchkis sway bars and lug nuts + studs are not that hard to find.
Has anyone had problems with them? Or am I worrying for no reason?
Thank you.

Sorry to hear about your experience OP. But it was the exact opposite for me...I sent an email to Adam with Z1 Performance inquiring about a specific part a couple of weeks ago and received an immediate reply. I ordered the part the next morning morning and inside of 3 hours after ordering it I received an email stating that it was shipped and with it the corresponding tracking information.

Don't worry about it... they'll always pull through. I've been buying most of my parts from Adam since 2009 and I've yet to have an issue because of him, remember Z1auto doesn't manufacture the part so they're at the mercy of the manufacture then the supplier. No te preocupes primo, porque el no es un ladron y siempre tiene un resolucion para momentos come este.

8 months lag time is terrible if it is true. If anyone tells you to wait more than a month without a prior agreement, cancel the order. "Just keep waiting" is the worst advice ever, and it is the siren song of the sham business.

If the supplier has not provided the part, then this guy should not have been billed yet. If he was billed, then shame on Z1. Maybe Z1 is a bit more upstanding and didn't do that to him - Z1 supposedly has a good reputation, so maybe there is more to the story. The correct handling is to take it offline and deal with the customer immediately (refund or part shipped).

I just had to wait for the Central 20 from 4 to 6 weeks.
Card payment is made last year.

Though 8 months is long... SOP parts are prepaid before you order. Let me ask you... when you personalize a Corvette, do you not leave a rather hefty deposit before you get it right? You troll all these threads giving the same "advise", when you pay for a part knowing theirs going to be lead time... the internet law you keep referring to has no bearing and by purchasing you've agreed to those terms. Parts from Japan take forever... I bought a MCR spoiler almost a year ago from Adam that still hasn't arrived. I'm a worried? Hell no, he's never failed me and I've dropped over $23k with him. It'll arrive when it gets to the US.

LOL... Sorry, I hate when people struggle to get their point and since I know the language(I can't write as well as I read and speak). I basically said that if you've waited this long and you cancel the order now, get your money back... then order through another vendor and the same thing happens. Sometimes things like this happen and it annoys me to see people bad mouth some good vendors here especially as of late(not bashing the OP more towards Malstrom).
JDM body parts are horribly difficult to get in the US and people that have those type of parts can chime in.

I hope I'll get my INGS +1 within 3-4 months and get my MCR sometime this year. I waited forever for my 1st moulding diffuser, Hebi Bebi, Work VSXX's(3.5 months), and my only new ARC part(Cooling panel 6 months). A lot of US distributors are closing their doors so it's harder to get parts in the US than it was before.
