*** INTENSE already. all u guys should jus do chargebacks instead of dealing with their nonsense. no reason the cc company wouldnt do it considering they didnt even send the parts anyway

If you dispute for chargeback and they don't respond, the cc company should consider it a default and you will get your money.

Their lack of response can actually be good.

I gave up with my refund from intense. Pete made up excuses and offered me partial refunds and all sorts of crap. Never saw any of it.

I called my cc company and filed a dispute. They are still looking into it. It doesn't look good though. It has not been resolved in over a month and a half.

with all these threads about the vendors, it makes me overthink about buying from them.

Intense is being non responsive again after they replied to one single pm. I didn't know that I had to go to a forum in order to try and make contact with a vendor. They do not reply to email or pick up the phone. Whoever is on their nuts saying they are busy and are always on the phone is a farse. I do not believe it. I have made a gross amount of emails and calls to these people and to get zero response. Completely disgusted.
