But somehow we like to do the exact opposite and just bash vendors here and b#tch and complain all the time..and the mods finally cut the power on the other thread today.. i cant believe they left the juice running on this one too.
i know its just a forum.. its for fun, but for Christs sake, let it be fun.

^ Ya, it's call BAD BUSINESS. On a lighter note...
I too have had great experiences with Z1 motorsports...still order with my AMEX....just in case a dispute need be filed. But have had no problems with them at all. Still a bit paranoid after my own experience with intense...got free test pipes out of it though.

Seems to me that by the time these things make it onto the forums, the vendor has had plenty of time to come up with some info. When you don't respond to e-mails and you don't answer your phone, you are giving sh!ty service. There is no excuse whatsoever for that - if you have someones money, and they don't have their product, you owe them a response, and a truthful one at that. Missing deadlines is a part of business, BS'ing about why is not. Seems pretty simple to me.

Guys i pm'ed intense yesterday regarding my order Cosworth intake manifold, and still no response from them yet. About two weeks ago they told me that by this week they should receive their shipment on the cosworth inatake manifold and that should fulfill their stocking order. As soon as i get a update from them i will share it with you guys. BTW the order was placed on July 7th so it has been almost 2 months.

I ordered coilovers, camber arms, and toe arms from intense over 3 months ago... still don't have all my parts.
AND NO RESPONSE FROM THEM EITHER!!!
They suck dick, and I hope they go out of business.
