Import Parts Pro, THMotorsports, ConceptZ B2Auto Forged, Z1 in Georgia ABC Nissan internet department for OEM and I am sure more are all rock solid imho
But somehow we like to do the exact opposite and just bash vendors here and b#tch and complain all the time..and the mods finally cut the power on the other thread today.. i cant believe they left the juice running on this one too.
i know its just a forum.. its for fun, but for Christs sake, let it be fun.
Seems to me that by the time these things make it onto the forums, the vendor has had plenty of time to come up with some info. When you don't respond to e-mails and you don't answer your phone, you are giving sh!ty service. There is no excuse whatsoever for that - if you have someones money, and they don't have their product, you owe them a response, and a truthful one at that. Missing deadlines is a part of business, BS'ing about why is not. Seems pretty simple to me.
^ Ya, it's call BAD BUSINESS. On a lighter note...
I too have had great experiences with Z1 motorsports...still order with my AMEX....just in case a dispute need be filed. But have had no problems with them at all. Still a bit paranoid after my own experience with intense...got free test pipes out of it though.

That is a very true statement... I'm not very popular with Malstrom or Saywat because of my defense of Z1auto but truth is every time theirs been an issue, their was always communication with Z1auto and the customer. Unless your a multi million dollar vendor or companies allow you to stock their parts on consignment, you'll never have these parts in stock.
Guys i pm'ed intense yesterday regarding my order Cosworth intake manifold, and still no response from them yet. About two weeks ago they told me that by this week they should receive their shipment on the cosworth inatake manifold and that should fulfill their stocking order. As soon as i get a update from them i will share it with you guys. BTW the order was placed on July 7th so it has been almost 2 months.

Agreed on all of the above, especially B2Auto, THM, Z1 in Georgia and Import Parts Pro. All are excellent vendors with excellent customer service. I stick with them at all times.
Thanks to this thread I will NEVER even think about buying from Intense.
I've ordered plenty of stuff from Intense and have gotten it pretty quick, so idk. You guys might want to check on other forums and see if anyone else is having issues.
if it has long ETA or you simply dont have it in stock, say so on the website!! vendors rather lie to buyers than lose a sale.
