I'm surprised this is still going on. I just spoke with them the other day.

Might have to take their stickers off my car before my upcoming shoot.

Look at the BBB complaints about them. 14 complaints overall and 9 in the last year and they have a BBB rating of F. I also remember reading something about a code which meant either two things, neither of which was good, I just checked it again and that part is gone. They haven't even read my E-mails or PMs seems to me something is wrong.
On a lighter note, I did get my Borla Exhaust and Berk Cats. Did an end to end mirror polish on it all and it's going in tomorrow! One week from order to reciept of the goods free shipping and beat the other guys price. Not too bad.

http://intensepower.com/

Here is your problem!

Intensepower.com will be continuing upgrades to our internal server and systems for the next couple weeks, during this process we may be limited on availability by phone. All internet orders will be processed and taken care of as usual. THANKS!

Translation: we are going through bankruptcy proceedings and collectors are knocking on our door. We are going to ignore your requests for contact and keep your money to pay creditors.

I mean seriously, if anyone buys that crap they have to had their heads examined.

I have had numerous phones my entire life and cannot recall any period of time I have been phoneless at any time. It seems they have a continuous phone down issue.

This is from a thread I found on a 370 forum in 2009:

OK OP has been pm'd. we have been extremely busy the past week and a half. We have been catching up from the phones being down the week prior to and shipping as many orders as quickly as possible.

We have been in business since 1999 and continue to help the community.

We have never defrauded anybody in the past. Our reputation is very clean within the industry and we will keep it that way.

I apologize for any unforeseen delays in the product as they were shipping directly from manufacture and they were given the dates you wanted them by.

I did offer wholesale pricing on the next order for OP should he choose to continue to do business with us in the future.

Thank you for your time and patience.

Haha...when you do get in touch with em tell em to go f themselves.

But seriously, B of A should have no problem giving you a full refund...since they probably won't be able to get in contact with them.

i got the provisional credit too . . but the dispute mostly hasnt been finished yet . . . if the dispute does not go in your favor . . you may loose that provisional credit . . . (but that is highly unlikely . . . unless highline goes under or something)

question for those that have been in this situation before.. if for some reason they don't win the dispute, does that provisional credit get taken back right away or is there some sort of notice that they're taking it at a certain time?

i don't wanna go into overdraft..

Ugh yea Becus call forwarding to a cell phone hasn't been invented yet lol. If they wasn't trying to dodge calls common sense would tell them to forward theor calls to their cell phone.
