I started applying Zaino pretty much as soon as I got the car. You shouldn't have a problem with most modern cars - there is no need to let the paint 'cure' before applying wax or polish.

If you're still worried, keep in mind that when you buy the car from the dealer, it's not as if the car was just built in the last week. The paint shouldn't have any problem standing up to a good waxing as soon as you get the car.

I waited about 3 weeks. 2 of those weeks were to allow my clear bra to cure.

I would start off with buying the following:

Z-18 Claybar, Z-2, Z-6, and ZFX.

You should definitely follow the instructions on the Zaino website and wash the car first with Dawn and clay the car, re-wash with car wash soap, and then apply Z-2 with ZFX, and then Z-6. Unless your car has swirl marks on it already, you can hold off on Z-5 for a little while.

You can also buy the Z-7 car wash, but in all honesty it really isn't necessary - any non-wax car wash soap should work OK. Just make sure it doesn't strip wax off a car.

Total cost for the above items will be around $50 or $60, but should last quite a while.

always use microfiber towels, and if you have swirl marks, the first few layers should be Z5 to fill the marks, and make them less noticable.

You can get them at Pep boys. I get my towels here. http://www.pakshak.com/ . I am not affilated with the company or have anything to gain by you purchasing them. Disclaimer for mods.
