Going to have to disagree with you there. An escalade or Focus would not hit those speeds..and not any car can go 140. Not all cars (even modern ones) are aerodynamically capable of achieving that speed.
I had on 03 Denali that would easily hit 140, the denali had the chevy 6L, same engine as the escalade..
Also, any sportbike can hit 140 easy. and they are < $10k
My Buell 1125 can hit 170.

i get that question a lot lol. funny part was when i did a short burnout and then my friend asked if it was front wheel. he watched me do it!
