Finally got my Z!!!
After waiting my Z finally arrived late Fri. afternoon...and it was raining. Picked it up on Sat...still raining. Oh well, some of the pics turned out real well. Bates Nissan in Killeen was wonderful through the entire process. Here is my first try at posting a picture:

I just went there today--looking to see if they had any 350's in before the owners came to pick them up--I wish I was there just a few days earlier--that black is gorgeous--I looked at two at the temple dealer a week ago (chrome silver/silverstone) but they both had the puny 17's--I am glad you got the 18's cause they really set the car off--if you ever get some free time I would love to see the car (email: king_of_smurfs_321@yahoo.com)--I live in belton and so a trip to killeen is only a short drive--I currently have a 90 300zx but hopefully I will be able to get a 350z but it will be a few more years and when I get a better job--once again--THE CAR LOOKS GREAT!

Thanks for all of the compliments. I appreciate it, even from Navy guy's too. Yes the Army is treating me well. I get promoted to Captain in a few weeks and am having a promotion party. Maybe some 350z'ers would be interested. I'll try and get some more photos from the interior but I dont have a digital camera. I have to go back to the dealer anyway so I'll have him take more photos.
By the way, AIRGATE, yes Bates definately needs a facelift. They are going to build a new dealership later this year. The new dealership will be large enough to cary Nismo! Yes! Then the fun begins...

Congrat. again about your promotion. Sound like a good idea, a combined promotion party and CenTex 350Z get together. Count me in. I'll bet JD (articfury), Chris (Bishop_TX) and jran will not turn down a party.

Probably having the party at the Copper Tank on 5th St. with two other friends getting promoted. There will be about 60 people there. Free food and beer for a few hours. Better designate a driver...but then someone else will be driving your Z...well it is free beer.
