Default How to Burn Out?

So I have tried doing the whole drop the clutch and immediately put foot on brake technique, but the brakes would slow down the back wheels as well which stops the engine. Is it a matter of putting just the right amount of pressure on the brakes? Or am I doing this whole thing completely wrong. How would you guys do it?

pull the e-brake and get on the accelerator pedal , wait 10 sec until the V-tech kicks in... there you go , a nice burnout!

hold the clutch down
pull up the parking brake
rev and hold at 8,000 rpm
slowly release the clutch until you start getting a burnt smell (must be the tires)
release the parking brake and clutch
slam on brakes and gas at the same time
then prepare for more smoke

Then release brake, but keep foot FIRMLY on gas (this is important!!!).

First you have to get rimmed up!
Secondly, you need a killer sound system!
After these have been accomplished, you can do a burn out!
