bALLZ,
Do you have a VIN yet? Just curious because my dealer said that Nissan Canada does not give VINS to dealer until the car is in Vancouver.
Thanks

Subwoor,
This is Canada man, not the States. Tings are different here. His car is being docked in Vancouver and he is from Vancouver which means no transporting. I believe the dealer...in this case

I havent received that information. But I havent really asked either. The dealer was mentioning something about it a while back, but I don't recall.

The dealer said that I could have picked it up this Saturday but only if I allow them to drive it from the port to the dealership. But I told them to put it on a truck instead, and the truck is going to take that xtra week. I'll wait the week, instead of let a stranger drive my car.

Hey ballz, congrats man!! Good to hear you finally got a delivery date. Sh!$ man, I'd be trying to fanagle going to the port with the guys from the dealer to pick up the car just so I didn't have to wait that extra week!

About the VIN #, the dealer mentioned the same thing to me, that they get the VIN numbers once the cars have been receieved at the dock in Vancouver.

Default what is this

heh, is this the canadian forum. Well I'm close to the boarder anyway.

I just wanted to know, is it the same with staters that the vin is released when it gets to port. Justed wanted to know because I got my vin today. My dealer said the first z they got came in 2 weeks early and that mine should too.

I was thinking is was in the middle of the pacific right now. If it's at port then I should have it within 2 weeks.
