For some reason i thought they were 16 gallons, but yesterday i was driving, almost didn't make it to the gas station, and i filled up all the way to 16.5...I don't have the manual with me, anyone know?

oh ok, the DTE screen went blank on me while driving, it said 15 miles DTE and then it read ---------, i was like, oh crap....

that makes me feel better.

 

once the dte goes past 0, you can still drive about 60 miles. the dte is based off of 17 gallons, it holds 3 in reserve.

 

yea i knew it was 20 gallons but i have never been able to fill it up to 20 or even 17..even when the tank is pretty much empty..how about the rest of ya??

How many miles per tank are you guys getting on average? I start off DTE really high, and then it seems to just drop significantly towards half tank. Right now I'm at half tank having gone 190 miles. It shows DTE as 226. I don't keep watch all the time, but I feel like as it gets lower on fuel, the DTE drops significantly more than the first half tank.

And you're saying that even when it says DTE 0, I've still got about 50 miles to go? You sure about that?
