Cool, I'll start practicing. So I tried rolling my foot and it worked out well, but I really need more time to practice it. I realized the best time to do it is under heavy braking, which is when the brake and throttle are level with each other. Any other time, like moderately slowing down in traffic and I miss the pedal because I'm not braking enough. I bet I'll get the hang of it soon though.

^ should be easier under heavy braking yes, otherwise it'd make more sense to simply rev-match if braking isn't necessary yet.
keep in mind it's easier to heel toe during higher revs. my advice to you is to play around whether driving or sitting still to find a sweet positioning spot for your right foot. also, if it helps at all i pivot my right ankle a little to heel toe. kind of like rolling it to the direction of a sprain.

I will admit that simulators like GT5 and Forza have helped improve my driving but it doesn't even come close to the real experience. I gained way more experience driving one day at a track than the countless hours I've put into GT5. If I drove in real life the way I did in GT5, I would be 4 wheel drifting every turn and taking shortcuts by driving through the park. I would also be destroying my tires and brakepads every day. The ability to just slam on the brakes and have some magical ABS/Race Soft tire save you doesn't exist in real life.
But I digress. Heel and toe in a 350Z is astonishingly easy as long as you are watching your braking. I honestly think the 350z just needs to be driven pretty quick before the motions become more fluid. When I'm at the track, I am not even thinking about heel and toe because it's so natural at those speeds. On the other hand, If you're just slowing down to a traffic light, it's pretty difficult to blip just the right amount without slamming on the brakes at the same time. However, once I got the 380RS pedal, I was able to heel and toe for nearly every in-town turn because I'm not trying to figure out where the gas pedal is anymore.
Just practice more and throw away anything you learned about driver input from GT5.
