Fuel Mileage?
I know, who cares about fuel mileage with a car like this? Ironically, I never cared about fuel mileage before, but this trip computer makes it so easy to monitor that I did some experimenting and I'm curious to see what others have found.
Over long-term use including all kinds of driving (some of it hard) I was averaging 20-21 MPG. Today I reset it on my way to work, and did easy highway miles -- a couple of minor traffic jams, but no heavy accelerating, and keeping speeds below 80 MPH. Over my trip to and from work (87 miles) I averaged 27.3 MPG. (I did a rough check of the trip computer's accuracy on my last fill-up and it looks right.)
I think this is great mileage for a car like this! Of course, you have to drive it like a granny (well, an 80mph-driving granny ) but it's amazing you can do it at all. (Of course, some of my early fun rides netted 14.5, so YMMV -- literally.)
What kind of mileage have others been getting? Anyone get more than 27? What's your overall average -- around 21? Or is this the most pointless topic and I'm the only one that even gives a crap?

The funny thing is the way everyone drives, I end up smoking just about every car including sports cars. Most people like to take about 15 sec to get up to 50.

Getting between 20 and 21 highway and city driving. Not sure if the distance till empty readout is correct. Said I only had 14 miles till empty but was only able to put 16 gallons in the tank. It is a 20 gallon tank, right?

MPG 26.7 - 27.6
Enthusiast without areo package driving 20% city and 80% interstate and getting 26.7 on the first 200 miles and then 27.6 on the next 300 miles. I would not believe the MPG or the electronic display, but I filled it up and these are actual figures.
CRBRINKMAN must be a bad dude on the gas pedal, I've seen him drive, he's having more fun than me.
