Not even the same car. With a lowered stance the car is completely transformed even on stock rims. Have fun with that fender gap. Am I suppose to be impressed by your pic?
Just enough of a gap so that it didn't bottom out on every bump. Good to see that you appear to get butthurt rather easily over some random pic...

Wheels and suspension at the same time is obviously ideal but if both at same time not possible.....

Id say wheels cause if you lower on stock wheels it will look hella crap with it being more sunken in with the weak factory offsets. With that.... Make sure you get good offsets.

I personaly like doing one thing at a time as this helps with process of elimination if something doesnt feel right.

+1 to HDPDZO6 on wheels on stock suspension still looking good if that is infact stock. I suppose if you get the right wheels with right offsets and rubber then it will work like it does in his pic.

Not saying cars with wheels and stock suspension look better than cars that are APPROPRIATELY dropped but all the people saying they look like "chit" are crazy... They don't look terrible, in fact, they look a lot better than the guy that's scraping his exhaust and missing half of his front lip.

Wheels first with proper offsets. Then work on your suspension. Keep performance in mind and save up for some KWs or something good. Then only drop enough to lower the center of gravity and maintain suspension geometry.

If I do the suspension first I'm only going to drop it like inch if that. Just would be good to get that out of the way. Then when I get my wheels I could adjust it and my rims would look flush from day one.

Wheels first.

I lowered my car this year on springs, now that my winter wheels (OEM 18's) are back on the car it looks like chit because of the horrible offset.

I would much rather have the nicer wheels and a bit a of gap than to have a lowered car with hellasunk wheels

I have this same problem, but I actually bought the BC Racing coilovers just a couple weeks ago. Looking to get them on then some spacers for the winter wheels.

For those saying it looks bad, it's still a work in progress, who cares how it looks.

I know what I have planned and I don't care how the car looks because I know it's going to look good when I finish what I have planned.

Im surprised at how many people are saying wheels first. I totally disagree. The wheels are arguably a more noticeable change. But if you do that you'll be just like all the glorified soccer moms and dumbass teenagers whose only mod ever, will be rims. Coilovers are alot of peoples favorite mods because it makes a huge difference in how the car feels, whereas rims have a much less significant change. Coilovers improve function and aesthetic. Lastly Id argue a dropped car on stock wheels looks cleaner than rims with no drop but thats just my opinion.

It's decided. It's better for me financially anyways to get the coils first. I'm doing the coils first then I'm going to lower it and put spacers on my stock wheels and then put a "coming soon" sticker on my rear window. Then when I get the rims my car will look completely transformed and the way it should.

Stock wheels = ugly? really??
Yeah they arent the nicest to look at but damn people.

I would go with BC + Spacers. Even on stock wheels it still looks good.
Wheel gap is like a vagina, the more fingers you fit, the worse off you are.

perfect. I have 25mm wheel spacers. I recommend those or bigger because you dont have to replace the studs. But if you are going hellaflush you may have to decide what offset wheels you're getting before you get the spacers so they match.

the stock wheels have the gaps in between the lug holes.. so he can do any size spacers without having to replace the stock studs.

The dimensions for the rims I'm getting is...
Front: 19 x 9.5 / 245/35/19 with +22 offset
Rear: 19 x 11 / 275/35/19 with +25 offset

Aftermarket wheels look good with stock suspension until you actually lower it and realize how $hitty it really looked at stock height.
