Default Vender issue.. Anyone else

I placed an order on 9/05/12 with Intense for a ABS Dynamics Do-Luck style kit. This was the same kit offered in the sale thread and found it cheaper to buy the whole kit instead of just the pieces I needed.

I received a call a few days later and was told the front was suppose to come in the first part of October as the other pieces were on hand and they would charge when when it shipped. I was charged around the 25th of September but never heard anything on a tracking number. I emailed them on 10/25/12 to see where the order stood and copied the invoice in the email. -> No Response.
I sent a PM on 11/7/12 to the whoever originally sent me the pricing and asked for an update. -> No Response
An email was sent to Intense_tracking 11/29/12 with the original email sent on 10/25 and a copy of the invoice. -> No Response.
I have about 15 calls to them on different days and times but nothing.

I never had an issue before with them but now this is

Anyone else have issues or know the best way to reach Intense?
I may just have to call the CC company and proceed with chargespeed sides and find a rear from a vender that will answer.

If you're in the southwest, call vivid racing. They have always been very quick any time I've needed something.

Lol... Did you happen to search on their rep before you night? Sorry to hear of your troubles but your not the first to have issues with them.

I was jsut over there. I mentioned the thread.. Pete was out the door w a kid who got hurt at school or he said hed write you today..but said youll get info tomorrow.

Im juuuust a messenger.. i ad no opinions in here whatsoever. lol.. no angry pitchforks please.


I like to help those who cant cant get thru on the phones since im there so much..

I had good experience with them before and also got quick responses when I pm'd them from here up until my last order was finalized.
Living on the East Coast in a small city definitely has its downsides as I can not go to the companies for products. I know a lot of people had problems with Function Tuned/Dave but I never did the 4 times I was there.
I have dealt with Vivid and they were very good to work with.
