i'm going to bring it up the next time i'm at the dealership for the next round of warranty fixes. at this points, i'm so tired of my car being in for little ****, i'm putting up with the millions of rattles that the interior is giving and the rattle of the tranny/clutch (?)

Ok...so here is another concern I have. Everytime I am in reverse, I hear this loud clank. It is now beginning to sound when I am in first gear ready to make a right turn....
thoughts?

Sound like either a loose front control arm or a loose axle. I had a loose axle on my Z and it would cause the car to make a clicking noise on shifts from 1st to 2nd and 2nd to 3rd.

and lemon, be sure to give us updates on what was causing the noise and if your nissan dealer is giving you ****. they tried to walk all over me at first, but put your foot down and let them know that you know what you're talking about and they usually straighten up.
good luck!

seriously, why are they all busy??
I called like 5 nissan dealers and they were all busy...
You know one thing that got me real pissed...
is that, when I took my car to dealer that i bought the car,
they share the service thing with Toyota,
that was kinda shady to me at first, but you know.. who cares..
so I sent my car in for them to take a look at it...
but u know what???
WHY THE FU*K DO ALL BIT*HS HAD TO DRIVE MY Z TO FIGURE OUT ONE PROBLEM? and after, they are tellin me that my car is normal..
So I got nothing out of dealer.

what you need to do is take them for a drive. don't let them do it alone.
take them with you and when you hear the noise, point it out. make them acknowledge the sound.
it could be that they're honestly not hearing it. you're more in tune with your car than anyone else. you hear and know about all the squeaks and noises. you know what sounds right and what doesn't.
like i said, don't back down. nissan service is crap until you force them to do what you're asking htem to.
there are times that i really miss my honda. dealing with nissan service is a big one of them.
also, calling nna and getting them to send you a survey can help out. just walk up to the service manager, wave the survey in his face and tell him you won't fill it out until your car is fixed...
