As far as the gearing, I'm assuming you have a manual transmission. While the 3.7 is a step in the right direction, it's pretty weak. I had the 4.08 on my NA build and it was awesome. Even though you got it free, installation can get pricey once you add up all the install parts ( bearings, shims, washers etc. ).
what about a technosquare revup ecu? would that help me cause someone in the forum is selling one and i might go for it. And I really wish i could get that but the advanced wear on the motor from higher revving and gas mileage turns me away

I'm debating if I should get a tune with only a cold air intake and a plenum spacer. I don't plan on getting any other upgrades in the future. I just feel like my car might be running slightly too rich.

If you're done then you definitely should or at least get an exhaust or something
