Default is my head light defected?

hey guys I have a Redline Z that i just bought half years ago. However today I found out that my headlight has water in it. This is no normal as I know of, is it defected? If I bring that back to the dealer would they give me a new one for free? anyone been to the same situation plz let me know. I live in Boston, i don't think is because of the weather here is it? thanks guys.

There should *not* be water in the headlight housing. I would get it to the dealer.

they are giving me a new headlight... no questions asked.

Some condensation is normal, especially in very moist climates; this is why all headlights, signals and various other lighting assemblies have breather tubes to ventillate the condensation. However, you have to inspect and see just how much condensation you are getting. If you notice that there is too much or that one headlight is significantly worse than the other, then the unit should be replaced or repaired. Some customers want to fix their lights without dealing with the dealership so they send us their lights for re-sealing. Other times when cars are out of warranty, customers send us their lights for repair and for upgrade -- its pretty much routine precedure here.
