I'm new to the Killeen/Ft. Hood area. Just wondering if anyone had suggestions on shops in the area that are good to bring my Z to.

 

What are you looking to have done? If it's not tuning or serious builds where serious monies are involved, I'd say any respectable shop could do whatever it is you need. I would recommend DIY if it's not too much of a PITA. Always good to research and dive in. More rewarding too.

 

you might have to drop down to austin or make trip up north to dfw metroplex. if you go down to austin you have uprev's shop there

 

I was mainly looking for a shop to tune and possibly handle jobs outside of regular maintenance. I bought the car in Alaska and previous owner had it tuned for 90 octane(highest you can find at a normal gas station). Not sure if it would make a huge difference to tune it professionally. I've added a JWT popcharger. Already had exhaust and a plenum spacer when tuned.
