Why must anything other than engine mods be "rice" with you guys? A subtle change in a car's looks isn't so bad. It's not like it's a 3-foot wing or a big-*** tailpipe extension! I think it looks good and I may get one. Guess I'm just a riceboy!

 

It's also practical.

 

That mesh seems too small. Have you seen the new stock GMC trucks with the chrome grille, it has a much larger pattern to it, it looks pretty sweet.

 

I talked to the company rep:

They have other method of attaching the grill: nuts and bolts too, but they told me ties are good and works well....I just have to see. As for the grill, it about 2-3mm thick steel and the holes are a little bigger than 1/4". We'll see when I get the stuff. If it doesn't look good then I won't use it....and it was a waste of my time.

all this talk about wire mesh grill gives me indigestion.

It's right now under secrete development. Actually when I get the prototype, I will post it. Hopefully I'll have something within a month.
