Ive got a few weekend cars. Here's my '85 Euro 635, which except for the speedometer (converted to mph) managed to sneak by all the usual federalization mods when it was imported:

And, here's my '92 Spider Veloce:

Was looking at a number of E46 M3s, 04 Sti Scoobies and generic 335is before I found this mint condition 08 GT. It was advertised as a 1-owner gently driven car in perfect condition. Sounded too good to be true so I did some research, had a look at it and it turned out to be even better than that.
Zs are a rare sight here in sweden and the insurance was way less for the Z so that's what made me buy it. And I'm very happy I did!

Probably would turn my attention to my DD S60R if I wasn't so infatuated with my Z33s.

Or - possibly in my future, a modern replica of one of my S30s or 13B powered SRL roadster (of which I built a 12A prototype of way back when).

But my ultimate dream weekend cars.... Fairlady 432Z or Toyota 2000GT.

Considering an old car build (as mentioned earlier). Datsuns, Tri-5 Shiverlay, '29 Highboy, 6-packed Mopar.... Mid-life crisis? Hardly. I prefer to think of it as "resolving unrequited car lust issues". Heh heh.

But I wouldn't kick that Ford outta my garage for eating crackers.

If i never chose to buy the 350z I probably would have bought some type of bmw or benz.

if i had the money and decided to sell my 350z and get my final dream car. it would be a nissan gtr black on black with a rocketbunny kit with airlift suspension.

If not this Z, I'd look at both the 2015 370Z NISMO or the 370Z roadster...

My roadster is my weekend car, daily i have a 4th gen ram 1500 quad cab with a leveling kit. When the Z is gone though within the next few years, it'll likely be a lotus or something similar.

I really like the 335is or even a 335i. As long as it has the twin-turbo (N54) set up I'd be happy !

Lots of cars I would LIKE to be driving. But what would I realistically be driving?

It was a tough choice between an AP2 S2000 and the Z before I pulled the trigger. I daily drive so I just couldn't justify living with a convertible (The thought of the top leaking in FL with our torrential downpours was discouraging), also had no interior/cargo space. You can also find better condition/ lower mileage Z's for the price.

The Z was an awesome compromise and haven't really been inconvenienced yet. I like that I can reach into the trunk from inside.

However, I'm going to be moving about 15/20 miles from my workplace and I'm seriously considering buying an NA Miata to commute in/ thrash around.

But really... That new Focus RS is coming out soon. Hmmmm....

My other ride is a 2013 Charger Daytona and my wife has a 2015 Pathfinder. I too will be moving father from work. Working in PC and living in Jax. That will be fun for a while.

Oh look, a local! Yeah I'm up in St. Augustine now and the elitist rental market is taking it's toll. The extra 20 minute drive from PC to work is worth the payoff of having a nice, big, new house. (Ah-hem... GARAGE)

Yeah, I'll be saving money by living an hour away from work. Craziness.
