Default my heartbreak

Hi all, I'm new to this forum, owned my zed for 2 year now. Just wanted to show some people my heartbreak which happened on Saturday night coming home from local comedy club. on rural roads, going round a right-hand bend saw 2 deer in middle of road. So swerved left a bit. Wheels caught mud and leaves and pulled car right in to dry stone dyke. Really gutted. Just up to insurance now. I'll let yous know the outcome when I do.*Thanks for looking.

Look at the bright side. It's only a flesh wound, and can be repaired. gl

Sorry for the bad luck. On the bright side it probably would be worse if you hit 2 deer head on. Is that a tarp inside or did your airbags deploy? Took me a second to figue out how that happened till I noticed your wheel is on the right side... Best of luck with the repairs.

looks like airbags to me, if so that is going to be expensive, especially the repair to the rear quarter panel

Thanks for the sympathy guys! Quarter panel looks the worse, just inside passengers door has got a few creases on the pillar and back end looks a bit out of line. The right wheels are fine.doesn't look like any tie robs or radial rods are bent. Going to garage on Wed. O and yes both side airbags went off.

if they have to cut out the quarter panel, you may be in trouble

Front bumper, fender, door, quarter panel, rear bumper, two rims/tires, airbags and with the age of your Z. Your insurance might totaled your it!

In my experience with cars under 10k, usually one airbag deployment totals a car in an event like this. And the only reason I know this is from a family members personal experience with 2 cars.

Hi all, just to let you's know that the zed is a right off, near 10k worth of damage. Insurance only going to pay out £4200. I'll be disputing that tho! So goodbye zed, maybe look at getting the younger brother (370z). Thanks to everyone for the moral support
