What do you think insurance would be?
I know it sounds like a dumb question, and it is, but I have a few points to give you guys a better idea. I'm going to be on my aunts name because I live with her, I'm interested in buying a 2007 350z. I have tried to get three quotes. A 2014 mustang v6 was going to cost me $370 a month, and 2013 accord sedan was going to cost $270 and a 2008 Acura TL was $258. I'm only 18, as to why they are so high. Do you guys think that insurance would be higher than the mustang? I don't see how, considering its 7 years older. but you guys know more, so I'm asking you. Also, what do you think about a 2003-2005? Which would you guys prefer?

"Train wreck coming."
and...
"Hope OP has his piranha proof chain mail clothing on."
Not judging, mind you.

These kind of insurance questions come up from time-to-time and there's no way to provide an accurate answer on insurance premiums. The reasons include:
-We all live in different states, with different insurance requirements and charges.
-We have no idea of your driving record (or that of your aunt).
-None of us are insurance agents (that I know of).
But one thing is clear: the 350Z (no matter the year and model) is going to cost WAY more to insure than your garden variety car. It's a powerful RWD sportscar with a history of being crashed often. That means insurance companies are going to put it into a high-performance, high risk category and charge way more. This is not something that's gonna change anytime soon. If you're asking this question, you should rethink your choice of vehicles.

I'm going to say, there is probably an App for that. Use it, use your phone for something other than text and call an agent is required. This is the only way to get accurate insurance information.
