Default 13th Anniversary of owning my Z

13 years ago today, I brought my Z home from the dealership. My car is still basically stock and has 26,000 miles on it. When I bought my Z, my intention was to daily drive it. But 3 months after getting the Z, my wife and I inherited a Dodge pickup. That became my daily for the next several years until I bought a Mazda Miata. That was my daily until I retired. The Z was garage kept and is still in perfect condition. Here are a few pictures I took a couple weeks ago.

Congrats on your time with your Z! Were your Rays chromed from the dealership, or did you have it done afterwards?

They aren't chrome. They are polished. They started out as the standard sliver paint or powder coat and I had them polished earlier this year.

My 16th [edit: 13 years in 2016] anniversary with my 2003 350z will be in a couple of months. I’ve done a few minor modifications over the years. The car is my DD (even during the winter months in Minnesota) and now has 110k miles on the odometer.

Repairs and maintenance have been minimal. It’s a great car.

Nothing but respect, but I just have to ask. HOW?! How did you "not" want to get in it and drive it often?

I'm pretty tired today, but I'm confused on how you have your 16th year anniversary on a 13 year old car?...

Couple months=36

They came out in 02 marketed as an 03 so it could be 30 months...

Dont sweat the small stuff... (like the details)

Actually it is a Base model. I bought the Track wheels about 6 months ago and then had them polished. I searched for a decent set of Track wheels about 5 years before finding a decent set.
