Default Headlight wiring harness

Z Nation,

Quick question, Is there any difference(s) in the wire harness of the headlights/parking lights of the 03-05s or 06-09s 350Z ? The reason I'm asking is because I want to replace the factory reflectors side markers with LED and don't like the selection for the 03-05 models. Thanks in advance.

Can the harnesses be swapped or spliced out?

Harnesses are different. If you run 06+ headlights/harnesses, I would recommend cutting the blue wire and powering your LEDs from there. If you don't cut the blue wire, your turn signals will be constantly on when your headlights are on. So, if you splice from there, I would imagine it would get the effect you want.
