Default Removing a seized motor?

Hey guys I have the entire front off the car exposing the motor but the motor is seized and cannot turn crank to remove torque converter bolts. Does it hurt to pull the motor and torque converter out together safely straight because i am having troubles getting the oil pan off?

If you have the clearance, sure, no problem. Sounds like you have the trans out so yeah, with all the movement afforded by that and front end apart, don't see why not. I've personally never pulled a Z33 motor but enough hot rod and early Z experience WITH complete transmissions attached, should be a breeze. Not going to hurt anything with torque conv attached.

I've pulled the engine and (6-speed) tranny in a Z33 out from the front using a breakdown cherry picker. Actually made it easier to separate once they were clear of the chassis. Not sure about an auto, but it should be similar.

How did the engine seize? Did you buy it that way?
