Just got my 2008 350z and I have an exhaust already but I was wondering what were some wheels that were relatively cheap (under 1,000 for a set) that look clean without having to get a new set of tires.

Welcome to the world of owning a Z!

The answer you receive is going to be dependent upon a number of factors, such as the size, brand, and offsets, if any, that you want.

If you are going more for how the rims change the appearance of the Z, and not so much for brand name, you can start by checking https://www.discounttiredirect.com/
I have used them in the past and have never had a problem. You can find some nice sets that are well within your budget.

There are literally thousands of sub-$1000 wheel sets out there. Check this site’s Wheels and Tires section or just goog “350Z wheels” in Google Images to help decide on style. No “genuine” (Volk, Weds, BBS) wheels at that price point (used maybe) but lots of heavy replicas that work for just about everything short of track use.

If you are dead set on reusing your existing tires, would presume you’re referring to the stock 225/45 245/45 combo. You will want to keep the wheels close to stock widths with only slight bump up to maybe 8.5/9.5 combination max.
