When idle for 15 min, RPM drops from ~800 to 500 and A/C stops blowing cool air

When idle for 15 min, RPM drops from ~800 to 500 and A/C stops blowing cool air
Fans are working, compressor is working, all the sensors are working, already got the A/C Fluids serviced.
Throttle body? Drier?
What do you guys think? Does this problem sound familiar?
