Default Engine Swap

So, How do you get the Torque Converter Support Bearing out? I'm doing an automatic engine swap into my manual trans car and need to get this out to install the pilot bearing.

It appears to be pressed onto/into the back of the crankshaft, and there is a slight groove/lip on the inside of the bearing - can it be removed with a specialty puller? The service manual does not discuss how to remove this.

I welded a large nut on it and forced it out. You can also apply heat to the outer-ring to assist with it coming out.
