Default AC Issue

Picked up a 07 350z recently. Been going through it and have it almost wrapped up. Only issue left is the AC. Issue is the compressor is not turning on. Hooked up my gauges to it, had pressures. Not trusting it, went ahead and vacuumed it down, held vacuum for 20 minutes. Went ahead and vacuumed down for an hour and then loaded in some oil & dye. Went ahead and ran 1 12oz can through, compressor never kicked on. Even with 1 can compressor should have started to kick on and start cycling until I had all 1.2lb in. Getting 0 voltage at the compressor. If I apply 12v to the lead to the compressor it runs. Also did the ipdm test and when it got to the AC it showed 12v. All fuses tested good at kick panel & ipdm. Swapped the high beam relay with the ecm relay (high beams work) and still nothing. I'm thinking the issue is with the unified meter or ac amp. the blower motor was bad and already replaced that, now fan works at all speeds.

What else should I be looking at or checking? Trying to avoid the dealership, but at this point I think I am only left with having them hook it up to consult and see what the can find.

Thanks

What you can do is just delete the heater hose
