Default Will a 370z diff fit in a 350z

I heard the 370z vlsd is the same one from the 350z nismo. I was wondering if there are any modifications to be made in order to have it bolt up to the driveshaft and mounting points

If you are referring to a whole pumpkin, yes it'll fit just make sure if you have MT you need a MT one, and AT unit for AT cars.

The output flange where it bolts up to the driveshaft is 4 bolt on the MT and only 3 on the AT. Unless you already had those swapped out they are not a direct bolt on.
