Default Problems after Rear main seal change.

I have a 05 350z with 300k miles.
Changed the rear main seal now
1. Car takes too long to start
2. No power when u floor it very slow acceleration.
3. Misfiring
The mechanic says he has fixed the flywheel properly by aligning it to that marking and everything.
he also tried positioning/aligning the crank sensor multiple times but cant find the fault.

Did you scan for codes? A Nissan mechanic, or some mechanic is an industrial strip garage?

Aftermarket flywheel or factory? Aftermarket flywheels have two alignment holes. One for FWD applications and one for RWD.If you accidentally use the FWD hole, you get crank sensor codes and no power.
