Here is a picture with a kickplate. It is the shiney silver piece where the bottom of the door meets the car ON THE CAR -- it has some of the dots and a Z logo in the middle (kinda hard to see inthis pic b/c of the light). Sorry for the huge pic. If you were to step on the side of the car getting in, thisis where you'd be stepping. You'd be crazy, cuase you might scratch or dent it, but theoretically, you can do it.

My dealer didn't know what the were when I ordered in January. They are door sill plates.

I see that killermove answered your question. I'm checking to see if can add attachments.
