Extra noise is to be expected from a hi milage motor.
That said, sounds like injector noise. They can get loud. When they get a lot of time on them they get Louder.

Disregard P0420, as it has Nothing to do with the Noise you are hearing. Either Back 1 CAT just is not working as well as it should, or the Rear O2 Sensor is bad. ( this is all assuming your car is running ok )

I would Delete the Codes ans see if they come back after driving awhile.
The P01283 Fuel Pressure Regulator. The Regulator is part of the Fuel Pump. Very hard to Diagnose Like this as it can be so many things..... Pump could be old & just wore-out, filter Clogged, so making to much pressure..... don't know..

The good thing is, if a bad pump they are pretty cheap & easy to install.

And let me add, Valve Lifter Buckets Will get More Clearance so More Noise with Time/Miles. Same with the Timing Chain. These all could be adding to the NOISE.
There is NOTHING you will be able to do about the Lifter Buckets without Pulling the Motor, if you go that far, then you do a total rebuild.
The Timing Chain has an Automatic Adjuster that can get wore-out (easy to replace) or could be at the End of the Adjustment because the Timing change has stretched and is wore-out.

Hope this Helps
Tim

With you High Mileage Motor would be good to change the oil with some Hi Mileage 10/40, being in Texas
