Default Tuner lugs on stock 17" wheels

So basically my tire on my main set of aftermarket wheels is bald and showing wire. When i purchased my z a couple months ago it didn't come with stock wheels so i purchased a set of the 17" stocks for emergencies. Fast forward to today i put on 2 of the stock wheels in the rear. However when i purchased my stock wheels off fb marketplace the seller didn't include the stock lug nuts so i just used my "tuner" style lug nuts and torqued them down 90ft lbs. Is it safe for me to drive on these for a couple days until my new tires come in and i can get them mounted? i have included a picture of the stock wheels i purchased. any help is appreciated thanks..

It depends on what the tuner lug nuts look like. Do they have a conical seat like the OEM lug nuts?

They probably do, so you should be ok, but I don't believe aftermarket lug nuts are recommended for stock wheels.

As stated they should be fine as long as the lugs have a conical seat to match the wheels.
