Default Stock lug nuts?

I tried searching for this but failed to see what I'm looking for. All the car I owned before I had to buy tuner lugs to install aftermarket wheels, but it seems the stock lugs that came with Z has an angled seating (instead of being flat or rounded like the Toyota and Hondas I owned). Can I use them with aftermarket wheels no problem, as long as they fit into the holes? Any other issue with using stock lugs?

Thanks for the help...

every lug nut has an angled seat of some type...the angles vary car to car

every aftermarket wheel I can think of needs an aftermarket lug

Most aftermarket wheels require a 60 degree acorn style to fit. I have seen a few instances where the lugs are the style you talking about as well. But to be on the safe side I wouldn't use the stock ones

if you have nice wheels, do yourself a favor and get open end lugs from a durable brand.

the you would be well served to remove a lug, and contact whomever manufacturers your intended wheels and ask their suggestion

The OEM nut is beveled at the bottom. But that is for ease of installation. The flat washer surface holds the OEM wheel to the hub.
