Default Ecm fuse #77 for year 2004

My number 77 (ecm relay) fuse pops randomly when I'm driving but once it pops if I replace it right away then it pops as soon as I turn the key to the on position. If I let it sit for like half a day then I can put a new fuse in and it won't pop for a little until it randomly pops while I'm driving and then I have to push it home all over again. I've seen some people say it's a short in the ipdm or in the ecm but I've never seen a way to test for a short in them. I'm pretty sure it's a short in the wiring because the fuse pops randomly (One time I went 10 miles and it popped and another time I went 10 feet and it popped).

Have you scanned this Z for codes? A short might be identified by the diagnostic software.
